La Trobe Financial digitises commercial lending and valuation process

The non-bank lender has partnered with property valuation platform Valocity to help digitise and automate its commercial lending and valuation process.

La Trobe Financial has said that its partnership with Valocity came after its ongoing innovation program identified the need for a centralised commercial valuations platform to support workflow and process efficiencies, particularly when staff are working remotely.

It hopes the partnership will enable it to digitise and automate its commercial lending and property valuation process, further streamlining this procedure for its business partners.

La Trobe Financial will reportedly be the first lender in Australia to access Valocity’s custom-built Commercial Property Valuation Platform.

The non-bank’s chief lending officer, Cory Bannister, commented: “We’re delighted to partner with Valocity to accelerate and improve the commercial property valuation experience for brokers and their clients. We’re constantly innovating to provide the best and most secure solutions with the most efficient service delivery to further enhance our award-winning commercial loan program.
