Two Awards, Two Years Running

Promoted by Qudos Bank

Providing outstanding value to our customers, through our product and service offering has helped us achieve these industry recognised awards.

We started as Qantas Credit Union more than 60 years ago and have grown to be a bank for all Australians’. We’re incredibly proud to be recognised through these awards, as a reflection of our commitment to putting our customer at the heart of everything we do.

Our brand tagline, ‘For all life’s destinations’ reflects our ethos of empowering our customers through a partnership, working together throughout their life, to achieve their goals and pursue financial freedom.

This year alone we continued to provide quality service to our customers including our broker network by streamlining our processes through the integration of robotics and artificial intelligence in our home lending operations. This robotic technology assists our lending team with faster turn around times in responding to customers.

We have rolled out our ‘Money Moments’ series to educate customers on financial literacy topics in an aim to help them achieve their financial goals.

Our app and website are consistently being updated to provide tools such as the spend tracker and e-statements, providing an easier digital banking experience for customers.

In addition to these technological changes, we are consistently researching the market to provide competitive, quality products.
