The national awards program was designed to recognise and acknowledge the leading women influencing the Australian finance industry.

This is the benchmark for excellence around Australia, and year after year recognises the outstanding contribution made to the profession, propelling the industry forward.

This year, we will once again celebrate the best of the best over a range of categories, from entrepreneurs to CEOs, from accounting and banking and finance, and much more.

Join us at the Women in Finance Summit 2023 as we reshape the landscape of the Australian financial services industry by shattering the glass ceiling and supporting women in building thriving financial services businesses.

While there has been a significant decline in the gender pay gap since 2015, dropping from 37.5 per cent to 28.6 per cent, there is still work to be done. The financial services industry still has one of the highest pay gaps in Australia, second only to the construction industry.

Our inaugural Women in Finance Summit 2023 is here to spark discussion on the key issues facing women in the financial services sector and consider solutions to make it a more equitable industry.

Together, we aim to set a new precedent for the profession by learning from the experiences of Australian women who are leading the way and understanding how our collective influence can bring about lasting change in both societal and professional norms.

Our 2023 Mortgage Business Awards was an exciting new program that recognised the top performers in Australia’s booming mortgage distribution space.

The awards recognise the leading players in the third-party channel - which now accounts for nearly 70 per cent of all home loans in Australia (according to MFAA data).

This comprehensive awards program highlighted excellence in every quarter — from mortgage brokers, to aggregators, to lenders — and the range of innovators, tech providers and staff servicing the channel.

The Mortgage Business Awards consider excellence in operations, technology, and innovation as well as what it takes to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
