YBR director resigns

Melanie Kansil, who represented Nine Entertainment Company (NEC) on YBR’s board while working as director of strategy and managing director of Nine Ventures, has resigned from NEC and subsequently from her role as a non-executive director with the mortgage and wealth group.

YBR chairman Mark Bouris thanked Ms Kansil for her significant contribution to the company since September 2013.

“Melanie leaves YBR in a solid position, with the company having achieved significant growth during her tenure on the board,” Mr Bouris said.

“We wish her all the best in her future endeavours.”

YBR said it is seeking an independent non-executive director to fill the vacancy created by Ms Kansil’s departure.
