YBR director steps down

Mr Jones will take up a new role as chief executive of SAE, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Navitas Limited, residing in the United Kingdom, according to an ASX announcement on Friday.

Due to increased work commitments, Mr Jones believes he is no longer able to actively contribute to his role as non-executive director of the wealth management company, according to the statement.

“On behalf of the board I’d like to thank Scott for his contribution,” YBR executive chairman Mark Bouris said.

“The company is at the start of the next phase in its development,” Mr Bouris said. “Scott’s commercial perspective, strategic insight and continued support have been a great assistance in helping us grow the company to its current strong position.”
