It also shines a spotlight on those excelling in operations, technology, innovation, and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Individual categories include loan administrators, mortgage brokers, and marketing professionals, while the innovation (company) categories span across major banks, non-major banks, and non-banks, as well as aggregators, brokers, and brokerages.

Cutting-edge technology platforms that are accelerating the loan writing process will also be championed at the awards, whether it’s CRM platforms, lender technology, marketing systems, or settlement services.

Aggregators, brokerages, major banks, mutual banks, non-banks, and non-major banks will all also be championed for their work in supporting the broker channel.

What the submission process entails

Entrants will be asked to send a video submission for each of the award categories they choose to enter into.

All entrants will be asked to submit a video answering the following four questions:

  1. What steps have you taken to ensure operational excellence?
  2. Provide an example of innovation in your business over the last 12 months (over 2023 calendar year).
  3. How do you ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction?
  4. What is the best example you can provide to demonstrate business growth in the last 12 months? (2023 calendar year)

The videos will be delivered to a panel of judges, who will assess each submission and relevant data/metrics to select the finalists. Winners will be announced at the black-tie gala dinner in May.

Finalists will be announced on 25 March 2024 on Mortgage Business and they will be contacted directly to be informed of their success.
